Gatorbait started as two brothers pouring soft plastics on a garage hot plate because nothing on the shelf held up to a season of Louisiana black water.
Every lure and every garment still comes out of that same shop — designed on the water, cut for the people who fish it before the sun clears the cypress.

We kept losing lures to soft plastic that tore on the first strike and shirts that faded by July. Gatorbait exists so a working angler can buy once and fish the whole season on it.
